Most of the flats we renovate are forty or fifty years old. Behind the tiles there are iron pipes, consumer units with no residual-current device, and walls that have taken three coats of paint over loose render. That is where we start: we hack off, redo the services and level everything before anyone thinks about finishes.
After that, the rest is your choice. We show samples, produce the 3D design, and only move once the decisions are made — changing your mind on paper costs nothing, changing it with the tiles already laid does.
