On a house the work rarely stops at the interior. There is the roof, the facade, there are walls, there is everything around it. We do all of it, and we do it in an order that avoids repeating work: first what is structural and what keeps the water out, then what is finish.
In an occupied house we organise the work zone by zone so that part of the house always works. We agree it at the start and we stick to it.
