About us
A company small enough that you talk to the person who decides, and large enough to do the whole job.
More than twenty years on site, and a company since 2022
The company Superfície Genuína, Lda was founded in 2022, but the people who founded it had already been on site for more than twenty years. The company is new; the hands are not.
We work out of Parede, in Cascais, and build across Greater Lisbon and the south bank of the Tagus. We are our own crew in the trades that form the backbone of a job — demolition, masonry, plaster, painting, microcement and finishes — and we have worked for years with the same partners on electrics, plumbing and metalwork.
That changes one thing in practice: when something goes wrong, nobody is blaming anybody. There is one person to talk to and there is an answer.

An itemised quote
Every part of the job with its own price. You see what you are paying for and you decide what goes ahead now and what waits.

What stays hidden comes first
Services, waterproofing and levelling before any finish. That is what decides whether the work lasts.

A photographic record
We photograph the services before the walls are closed and hand you those photographs at the end.

A written guarantee
3 years on finishes and 5 years on structural work.
Privacy
What we do with the photographs
Every photograph on this site is of our own work, taken by us. None was bought or taken from the internet.
When the project is a private client’s home, we give the parish or the municipality and nothing else. Never the street, never the number, never the name of whoever lives there.
If you are a client of ours and would rather a photograph of your project did not appear here, just say — we take it down the same day.
